Background

Redstar Productions develops films with a conscience, and with their largest film premiering in the upcoming summer, the company needed a face for the umbrella organization as well as the film, In Sickness and in Health.

Approach

A complete overhaul of the identity for both Redstar and the film was performed - one that would speak to the company's socially charged core as well as lend itself to a wide range of future subject matter. An image was developed that matched this newfound direction, and the culmination of the project was the development of a sophisticated web presence for the company's current film, one that would allow Redstar to promote on the festival circuit. With the new identity in place, the director, Pilar Prassas, has been attending numerous film festivals on the East and West coast of the United States and has been receiving critical acclaim for her work. Moving forward, no matter the subject of subsequent films, the newly developed Redstar Productions identity can adapt and flourish.
